    • We encourage you to place your orders 8-10 days in advance to ensure we have your order ready and to ensure we get the freshest products for you. 
      • We ask this time because our products are directly imported from farms down in South and Central America specifically for you. So this allows us to guarantee the quality of our products and also peace of mind for you that your order is fresh and has not been sitting in a cooler for the past 3 months. 
    • We also suggest that you set your delivery/shipping date 2-3 days before your event so you have time to hydrate and process your flowers and have them ready for your event! 
    • Please give us a call before placing last-minute orders to ensure we have what you need in stock, we will do everything we can to accommodate your order. 

  • Same-Day Delivery Policy 
        -Orders received Monday through Friday before noon EST qualify for same-day delivery.

        Orders received Monday through Friday before noon EST qualify for same-day delivery. 

    Same Day Delivery orders are subject to products we have in stock only. 

    For same-day delivery, the address must be within a 20-mile radius of our location. ​

    Only one delivery date per order is allowed. If multiples dates are present the entire order will be shipped on the earliest date specified by the customer

    We can ship your flowers Nationwide! All of our shipments are made with FedEx. 

    We are not responsible for any delays due to FedEx.

    We ship out Monday - Friday. 

    All flowers will be shipped via FedEx expedited for the date specified to guarantee your flowers arrive fresh and ready to use.

    Return Policy
        -Refunds will be treated on a case-by-case basis, however, our policy states:
        -All returns will be given as store credit. The only exceptions will be if your product does not arrive at Tropical Roses Facilities to be shipped out on time, or if the product is in bad condition when Tropical Roses conducts its quality control on your order before delivering.  
        -24 hours after your flowers have been delivered no return or store credit will be given. This is due to the fact that these are perishable items and we cannot control the conditions they are in after they leave our facilities.
